Increase FiO2 to 100%.
Check all connections (wall, to and from
blender, vaporizer, oxygenator, leur lock cap).
Check for cracks in O2 filter.
Blender will not alarm if both oxygen and air
are nonfunctional.
Connect portable tanks and remove lines from
wall and attach to tanks. Open and make
sure air and oxygen pressures are within 15-20 PSI of each other. Flow on tanks should be around 5 L/min.
