Just keeping it real.
I think there were more cameras in the room than surgical instruments. What an amazing day. What impressed me was how many pictures (of people taking pictures) was actually going on.
A picture within a picture within an opportunity of amazement and wonder…
There had to have been at least 30 or so people in and out- all of whom snagged a take home picture of this great event.
The operation was a success and a mission of mercy- all involved were to be commended.
There are times in our profession, when we encounter a triumph of the spirit.
And certainly- this was a moment to be captured on film 🙂

Any Donations are for the cost and development of an International Perfusion Art Gallery, Framing, Printing, Matting, and Expenses associated with delivering the Gallery to future Perfusion Conferences.
A project of this nature hasn’t been tried before, but it would be a lot of fun to see something like this at a perfusion conference, as an effort to improve and develop our international awareness as well as appreciate some very dynamic art !
