Spectrum Medical, Inc. and Medtronic, Inc. Have Agreed Today to End Their Present US Sales Distribution Arrangement

Spectrum Medical and Medtronic Perfusion Systems have agreed to end their sales agency arrangement in the U.S market, a partnership which was intended to further penetrate the Perfusion EMR market segment, through the assistance of Medtronic direct sales and marketing support. Medtronic continues to remain an investor in Spectrum Medical and has entered into a long term sales representation arrangement with Spectrum Medical in parts of Europe. Spectrum Medical will continue to fully support the US market with a mixture of existing distributors and direct sales personnel.
