Robert D. Pascotto, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Robert D. Pascotto received his undergraduate training at Manhattan College and continued with his medical education at Creighton University After completing his general surgical residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York City, he continued with his Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery residency at Methodist Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and Indiana University Medical Center. While at Baylor, Dr. Pascotto had the opportunity to train with one of the pioneers of Cardiovascular Surgery, Dr. Michael E. Debakey. Dr. Pascotto is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, American College of Chest Physicians and American College of Surgeons. He is active on many hospital committees in a leadership position and past president of the Medical Staff.
