Editor’s Note:

Well in the OR it’s usually from the top of the head- to the mask that we focus on when communicating with our friends and peers. A small space from forehead to the mask is usually all we see– sometimes the mask comes off- and then we see the smiles 🙂

Anyway- these are my friends and colleagues, and I am proud to work with them together to do a tough job. The smiles never seem to fade- but some lines get a bit deeper over time.
