Post-Discharge Cardiac Care in the Era of Coronavirus 2019: How Should We Prepare?
The objectives of this report are to describe the current status of post-acute cardiac care in Canada and to provide suggestions regarding the steps that policymakers and health care organizations can take to achieve preparedness in this area to reduce care fragmentation in the postCOVID-19 era.
