Look Out Dallas TX! Perfusion Job Shadow Desired

Well you have to admit- after reading the post below, that this student really wants to become a perfusionist. Please lend assistance if possible.
I was pretty impressed with the effort and exuberance demonstrated in the email.
Hi there Frank! My name is Ashley Kirksey, and I’m a junior-year student studying Nursing with a minor in Biotechnology. I’m sure you get these emails all the time (as apparent by your postings), but the more I’ve read up on perfusion technology, the more intrigued I’ve become. I’m hard-working, determined, and getting into a perfusionist program is my dream. I’ve emailed perfusionist schools in Texas, Florida, and Arizona, and they all tell me the same thing. You need to get some shadowing experience in!

And thus, here I am at Circuit Surfers, the mecca of all things perfusion-related.

I’m located in Dallas, TX, but willing to drive around the DFW metroplex for the opportunity to shadow a perfusionist. I’ll even rub feet, make take-out runs, and attempt to interject some comic relief once in awhile. Although, I can’t promise it’ll be any good, haha!. Any help you can provide (even just some tips and tricks on how you got started) is very appreciated. Alright, let’s get this initiation into the perfusion-world started!
