Blood Oxygenation Using Fluoropolymer-Based Artificial Lung Membranes

The data also confirmed that the bottleneck in the blood oxygenation performance was not the membrane permeance but rather the rate of mass transfer in the blood phase, highlighting the importance of efficient module design.
