A Shout Out to Texas Children’s: Thank You !
Meet Garett’s Dad …
Editor’s Note:
Some friends of mine had a baby boy almost two years ago. His name is Garrett. He was diagnosed with an interrupted aortic arch, and AP window, to go with an ASD.
Needless to say- that was a pretty serious set of circumstances.
So from there:
Consults-flight to Houston-more consults-a lot of heart ache and worry-the inevitable questions parents have of themselves and their lives when faced with something so serious for their newborn son-a decision-a lot of prayers- more decisions (about the decisions)- a flawless heart surgery-
And…
a boy that is on his way to living a normal healthy life thanks to – Texas Children’s Heart Hospital !
