The 17th Annual Illinois State Perfusion Society Meeting
will be held October 19-21, 2012 at Hamburger University on McDonald’s Campus in Oak Brook, IL.
The agenda can be found at our website www.illinoisperfusion.org. The registration fee for the meeting is $175 before October 10th. You can register online or print forms to mail in.
The meeting has been approved by the ABCP for 26.5 Category One CEUs. The CEU Breakdown for the meeting is as follows: Friday 10.5, Saturday 10.4, and Sunday 5.6.
