Effective April 5, 2004 NOVOSCI will cease to be the distributor of Jostraproducts in the United States and MAQUET Inc. will assume activities for
the future distribution of the Jostra cardio-pulmonary product line.

Pleasebe assured that during this transition period both MAQUET and NOVOSCI will
continue to provide the highest level of support to our perfusion
customers.
