We have measured Hb O2 affinity curves from severely ill COVID‐19 patients and, in comparison to age‐ and sex‐matched controls, find no evidence for a shift in O2 affinity that would support any change in clinical management.
These results demonstrated that the mixture of MSCs and PRP were useful as injectable bone substitute and its ability of bone regeneration is almost epual to autogenous particulate cancellous bone and marrow (PCBM).
Our results provide novel insights into cellular mechanisms contributing to CHD-induced neurological impairments. Further refinement of CPB hardware and techniques is necessary to improve long-term frontal cortical dysmaturation observed in children with CHD.
