Seeking a highly motivated candidate with a positive attitude who must be Board Certified (ABCP) with at least 5 years of experience as a practicing Cardiovascular Perfusionist.

Candidates should also possess the following:

1. Ability to adapt to challenging clinical environment.

2. Experience with blood management is preferred.

3. Must be willing to relocate to Carson-Tahoe, NV or the immediate surrounding area.

4. 75% call at this institution is anticipated.

5. Must possess good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Carson Tahoe performs about 100 CPB procedures per year, with a very efficient team. Perfusionist would be solely responsible for the hospital, but would receive back call coverage from our perfusion team in Reno.

Test description

Highly motivated candidates with a positive attitude should be board certified with at least 5 years current clinical experience.

Candidates should also possess the following:

Flexible schedule and availability to travel at least 50-75% of the year throughout the US.
Current ECMO and pediatric experience is preferred.
Ability to adapt in highly varied clinical environments.
Traveling experience is preferred.
Contractors may be considered, but you will need to be exclusively available to Perfusion.com.

3. Must be able to practice evidence based medicine; also to advise and participate in clinical decisions with a team approach.
4. Experience with blood management is preferred.
5. Must be willing to relocate to Yuma, AZ or the immediate surrounding area.

PDC occupies a unique position in the industry, offering ample opportunity for professional growth through its diverse business approach. The candidate would be joining a total team of 3 perfusionists in Yuma, AZ performing about 240 cardiac procedures per year with some non-cardiac autotransfusion and TAVR.
