Perfusionist National Traveler- Multiple Locations

Comprehensive Care Services Inc. is recruiting for a full-time Perfusionist National Traveler to cover perfusion services in various states. Florida will be the main hub, however, the selected candidate will need to be flexible to travel to various hospital locations and various states.  The selected candidate will need to have at least five years of experience as a Perfusionist (travel experience a plus) as well as experience in ECMO services. Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and be certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion.   Must be willing to work flexible schedules as requested an demonstrate the well-developed interpersonal skills and communication skills necessary to interact in a professional manner with nursing staff, healthcare team members, patient and families.

Performs procedures relative to the physiological management of patients’ circulatory and respiratory functions during and following cardiac surgery, under the direct supervision of the anesthesiologist and operating surgeon.  Case load includes cardiopulmonary support for congenital heart defects to include heart transplants, and VAD’s.
