Staff Perfusionist – $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Comprehensive Care Services, Inc. is recruiting a Staff Perfusionist for McLaren Macomb and McLaren Port Huron Hospitals, located in Mount Clemens, MI and Port Huron, MI. Newly graduated perfusion students are welcome to apply.
This position includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus, along with a favorable work-life balance and a low call-in rate.
This individual will split time between both locations and must be willing to work flexible schedules. The ideal candidate will demonstrate well-developed interpersonal and communication skills necessary to interact professionally with nursing staff, health care team members, patients, and families. Candidates should also be self-motivated, value team collaboration and professional development, and demonstrate a diligent work ethic.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and be certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion, or be eligible to become certified after one year of employment. Candidates must also have current BLS certification through either the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
This opportunity offers the ability to work in two desirable Michigan communities: Mount Clemens and Port Huron.
Mount Clemens, located in Macomb County, offers a strong community feel with convenient access to the greater Metro Detroit area. The surrounding area provides excellent options for dining, shopping, parks, schools, and year-round recreation. Nearby Lake St. Clair Metropark offers boating, biking, swimming, bird watching, windsurfing, kiteboarding, paved trails, golf, and waterfront recreation along Lake St. Clair.
Mount Clemens is also within about an hour of Detroit, Rochester, St. Clair Shores, Sterling Heights, Shelby Township, and other popular Metro Detroit communities.
Port Huron is a scenic waterfront community located along the St. Clair River and Lake Huron. The area offers access to riverfront parks, marinas, beaches, trails, local restaurants, shops, and views of the Blue Water Bridge.
Within an hour of Port Huron, candidates can enjoy nearby waterfront communities such as Marysville, St. Clair, Marine City, Lexington, and Michigan’s Thumb coast region. The area offers boating, fishing, beaches, golf, local events, restaurants, theaters, boutiques, and year-round outdoor recreation.
