Director of Perfusion – Martinsburg, WV

Comprehensive Care Services, Inc. is looking for a full-time Director of Perfusion, (CCP).  This position is located at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV area.  The Director of Perfusion, (CCP) will perform procedures relative to the physiological management of patients’ circulatory and respiratory functions during and following cardiac surgery, under the direct supervision of the anesthesiologist and operating surgeon.

Description:  Must be willing to work flexible schedules and demonstrate the well-developed interpersonal skills and communication skills necessary to interact in a professional manner with nursing staff, health care team members, patients and families.

Requirements: Interested candidate must have 5 years of experience, including in a management role.  Must have bachelor’s or master’s degree and be certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion, or eligible to become certified after one year of employment.  Must also have current BLS certification through either the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
