St. Mary’s Medical Center, part of the Marshall Health Network, is seeking a Full-Time Perfusionist to join our busy, high-acuity cardiovascular program. This position is responsible for clinical excellence, operational oversight, and the strategic direction of the perfusion department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot perfusion equipment, including heart-lung machines and related technologies.
- Communicate clearly with surgeons, anesthesia, nursing, and team members
- Maintains adequate clinical documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an approved cardiovascular perfusion program (or equivalent)
- Certified Cardiopulmonary Perfusionist (CCP) preferred
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- BLS required
