NRP Director of Perfusion – West Coast

ProCure On-Demand is seeking a motivated Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) to join our leadership team and oversee our growing Normothermic Regional Perfusion (NRP) and Machine Perfusion programs. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for our West Coast perfusion team, including staffing, hiring, and recruitment. The Perfusionist will guide day‑to‑day operations, uphold clinical excellence, and ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality NRP across diverse hospital and donor environments. This position requires regular travel to hospitals and donor centers nationwide to perform NRP and support procurement activities.
