Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgical Associates in Jacksonville, FL is seeking 1 full-time perfusionist to join our team to float between 3 hospitals to meet the current need. Our team of 13 perfusionists is part of a progressive group in the Jacksonville area working at 4 local hospitals where our established 7 cardiothoracic surgeons and 6 vascular surgeons operate. The caseload consists mainly of all adult CABGs, valves, and aortic dissections, along with TAVRs.
The ideal candidate must have top-notch clinical and communication skills, be an independent troubleshooter with a good positive work ethic ready to join our cohesive team. We are looking for a team member willing to focus on the best patient outcomes via goal-directed perfusion and research driven best-practices to meet the demands of our patients.
Salary range: $140,000-$180,000 with 6 weeks Paid Time Off and $2,500/yr CME reimbursement
