Nationwide Perfusion Care Services is a small, close-knit, and personally managed team looking to add one additional Perfusionist. We are owned and operated by practicing Perfusionists, with the owners working directly alongside our staff.

Position Summary:
Under supervision of the Chief Perfusionist and Attending Cardiac Surgeon, the Perfusionist provides cardiopulmonary support for surgical and medical procedures requiring extracorporeal circulation.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) procedures following established protocols, care plans, and surgeon preferences.
- Administer pharmaceuticals, fluids, and blood products as required during procedures.
- Participate in the management of a limited ECMO program — including initiating, managing, and transporting patients on extracorporeal devices, as needed.
- Assists in the design implementation and participation of ongoing education and training programs for the perfusion team.
- Oversee inventory management, maintenance, and quality control of perfusion equipment and related supplies.
Schedule:
Primarily day shifts, Monday through Friday.
On-call rotation required (frequency dependent on case load and team schedule).
Work Location:
In-person, hospital-based position (Henderson, NV).
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited perfusion program.
Experience:
Previous experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply–we provide training and mentorship.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Active ABCP Certification.
- Nevada State Perfusion License (or Provisional License if newly graduated).
Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
