The Cincinnati Children’s Department of Cardiovascular Perfusion has an opening for a new team member! New graduates, adult perfusionist looking to move to pediatrics, and those with pediatric experience are all welcome to apply! We have ten perfusionists practicing team perfusion, a Perfusion Assistant who takes care of various ancillary duties, an excellent compensation package, and a fantastic relationship with our surgical colleagues. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in an allied health field or equivalent with a strong science background and have advanced training in circulation technology. The candidate must be ABCP certified or eligible to sit for the ABCP certification exam or must demonstrate equivalent qualifications and competency. Certification must be achieved within the first 18 months of employment and maintained during the term of employment.
