We are a high-volume, adult-only cardiac specialty hospital with 10 operating rooms and over 2,000 cardiac cases annually. We do not perform transplants. As part of our ongoing expansion, new satellite facilities are opening in Dallas and Frisco within the next 12 months.
We are currently hiring:
• 2 Perfusionist for our Plano location
• 1 Perfusionists for immediate placement at our Dallas facility
Each site will have dedicated staff, with plans to establish a float pool to support vacation coverage across locations.
Our Plano campus also hosts a Perfusion School, where all staff serve as clinical instructors. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience are preferred.

– EDUCATION – Bachelor’s
– EXPERIENCE – 1-2 Year of Experience

Cert Clinical Perfusionist (CCP)
Texas Licensed Perfusionist (LP)
Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
