Nationwide Perfusion Care Services is a small, close-knit, and personally managed team looking to add one additional Perfusionist. We are owned and operated by practicing Perfusionists, with the owners working directly alongside our staff.
Our team currently provides services at a single hospital location — you won’t be shuffled between multiple facilities. If you’re seeking meaningful adult cardiac work, a collaborative team environment, and true work-life balance, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Conducts cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) procedures following established protocols, care plans, and surgeon preferences
Administer pharmaceuticals, fluids, and blood products as required during procedures
Participate in the management of a limited ECMO program — including initiating, managing, and transporting patients on extracorporeal devices, as needed
Assists in the design implementation and participation of ongoing education and training programs for the perfusion team
Oversee inventory management, maintenance, and quality control of perfusion equipment and related supplies
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited perfusion program
Previous experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply — we provide training and mentorship
Active ABCP Certification
Nevada State Perfusion License (or Provisional License if newly graduated)
