We are a local, independent contract group servicing three hospitals in Bakersfield. Currently we service over 400 open heart and TAVR cases per year. Excellent, friendly surgeons, all adult practice with minimal VADs and ECMOs. All cases and all call shared EQUALLY. Generous salary, $20k sign on/relocation bonus, 100% paid medical, dental, retirement and other insurances. Paid meetings and education.
